CapitIL is looking to expand its excellent team of agents in order to cope with the large volume of leads that we are generating. We are looking for experienced real estate agents that are capable of taking these leads and converting them into sales with minimal hand-holding.
That’s not to say that our excellent back office and administrative structure isn’t there to help and support you as you do your job, but we are looking for agents that can handle clients and deal with closing meetings without extensive additional training.
About Us
CapitIL has been designed from the outset to be extremely friendly to our agents. The back office has been set up with the goal of reducing their administrative and marketing load; it deals with general administrative tasks, design, and production of marketing materials and much more, so that agents can spend more time focusing on and working with their clients.
Our goal as an office is to provide an excellent standard of service, with a particular focus on the English speaking market in Jerusalem. We have invested a large amount of time, money, and effort to create a great website, as well as the systems and procedures in place, in order to better serve both our customers and our agents.

What We’re Looking For
- Licenced Israeli real estate agents
- English speakers
- 3-5 years of experience
- Capable of handling all aspects of a transaction without supervision
- Someone looking to grow with us on a long-term basis
